Rob, with over three decades of experience in alternative energy, has been a trailblazer in geothermal technology. As the founder of Geothermal Works, he holds multiple patents and has earned top industry certifications. His passion lies in designing and implementing systems that significantly reduce carbon footprints, one home at a time.

Devon brings her passion for sustainability and knowledge from Zippia and AlphaSights, along with experience from her impactful career in capital markets, where she focused on green investments.
